TAKT Group offers specialised workforce recruitment services for our clients that need to employ Asian personnel for their own company. We provide a complete solution following the legal requirements of Romanian and other EU countries as well as the source country regulations.

• 1Together with the Client we discuss the professional requirements, desired experience and salary package offered (net salary, accommodation, daily meals or meal vouchers and other possible benefits). INFO: foreign staff are expected to be provided with accommodation and food (either meals or meal vouchers to purchase and cook food). INFO: personalul strain are asteptarea sa primeasca cazare si sa aiba asigurata mancarea (fie mese, fie bonuri de masa pentru a putea achizitiona si gati mancarea).
• 2 TAKT team is in charge of identifying and pre-screening personnel who meet the client’s requirements. The list of interested persons, who have passed the first screening, is then presented to the Client who participates in a live personalised interview via videoconference. The interview has two stages, the informational and presentation stage and the practical one, where candidates are trade tested. The trade tests are discussed in advance with the Client so that they are carried out as per his instructions.
• 3After the selection of the candidates, TAKT team prepares the file to obtain the work permit. The work permit is the official document issued by the Immigration Authorities on behalf of the employing company and nominal for each candidate. The file for the work permit contains a series of documents that our team of specialised staff and lawyers prepares for the Client. At this stage, the Client provides supporting documents such as: organization chart, job description, criminal record, copy of incorporation documents, etc. The work permit is issued upon payment of a fee, which at this moment in Romania is 100 euro/person.
• 4 After obtaining the work permit, TAKT team from the country of origin prepares the visa application. The visa application is submitted to the consular section of the Embassy abroad.
• 5 After obtaining the visa, the plane ticket is purchased.
• 6 After the arrival of the foreign staff at the airport in Bucharest or other EU city, they received by the Client, the specific procedures of employment are done (such as employment contract, etc.), with the immediate start of the activity.
• 7 TAKT team provides support in the procedure for obtaining the residence permit for each applicant. The residence permit is an extension of the visa already obtained and must be renewed every year. In Romania the fees to be paid to the authorities are 259 lei + 120 euro.
