Mandatory tachographs for vans from 1 July 2026: rules, penalties and fleet impact
From 1 July 2026, vans above 2.5 tonnes used for international freight transport or cabotage fall under EU tachograph, driving-time and rest rules. For fleets, the change may bring compliance costs and an additional need for drivers.
