Raaj Singh


Has over twenty-five years’ experience in setting up and managing Business Support services across a range of sectors in the United Kingdom, UAE, Qatar and India. He has played an instrumental role in skills development in the Middle-East. He has been engaged by the United Nations’ International Labour Organisation (ILO) as a construction expert/advisor on the regional recognition of qualifications for migrant construction workers.

Cosmin Serban

Managing Director

Holds a degree in Business Administration with Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a master’s degree in International Business from Aston Business School. During his collaboration with the Tax team at one of the Big Four accounting firms, he gained valuable experience in dealing with company-wide tasks at the EMEA regional level. Cosmin has been involved with his companies in various industries such as livestock and meat, civil constructions, personnel recruiting and e-commerce.

Rozana Cozma

Legal Director

Is a graduate of the Faculty of Law from the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in Tax Law and a master’s degree in European Union Law from the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012. She specialises in immigration, administrative and tax litigation, civil law and commercial law. She successfully coordinates the team of lawyers specialised in the specific procedures of the recruitment activity.

Karan Singh

Director of Operations

Holds a degree in Economics and Management and started his career working in Risk Management for a leading global bank. Gained international experience in the Construction recruitment sector working for blue-chip construction companies in Qatar and Dubai. His role included overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing, assessing, recruiting and mobilising bulk labour from India to the Middle East.

Pavan Singh

Commercial Director

CIMA qualified professional with a degree in Accountancy. Pavan started off his career working in Financial Analysis and Project Management in industries such as Construction, IT and Aerospace. He gained experience in the Construction recruitment sector working for blue chip companies in Qatar and Dubai. His role included overseeing the recruitment processes, technical assessment and screening of candiates, mobilising bulk labour from India to the Middle East and Project Management of multiple projects.

Daniel Constantin

Technical Director

Daniel is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Welding Equipment and Technology department and Master’s degree in Modern Welding Technologies and Non-Destructive Control. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and assembly of welded equipment and pressure vessels, Daniel has been involved in numerous projects in the nuclear, refining and gas, food and pharmaceutical industries. He supports the new generations of welders through the accumulated experience and his quality as a technical trainer in the field of welding.

Mihai Zamfir

Senior Hospitality Recruitment Specialist

With a robust 30-year career in the hospitality sector, Mihai is renowned for his remarkable skills in overseeing hotel openings, optimising operations and implementing strategic initiatives. A graduate of Strategic Management with EHL Hospitality Business School (École Hôtelière de Lausanne) in Switzerland, he brings to the team a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
