The teams provide support services in the client’s factories, for the periods required depending on the production volume, supporting the continuous flow of activity.

The internal structure of the teams of workers is organised by TAKT with the aim of achieving the final result expected by the customer.

Program a fost dedicat in special femeilor nepaleze, care priveau temator la gandul de a pleca la lucru pe alt continent, departe de familie. Prezentarea oportunitatilor, a drepturilor si obligatiilor din statele de destinatia a crescut increderea acestora si dorinta de a lucra in tari precum Europa. De asemenea, au fost tinute workshop-uri pentru a intelege calitatea pe care o asteapta un angajator din Europa, modul in care se desfasoara activitatea, seriozitatea si nivelul de implicare asteptate din partea salariatilor.
