TAKT Group facilitates the recruitment and integration of Indian nurses to Germany
TAKT Group, an active player in workforce development and international employment opportunities, announces the arrival of our first group of Indian nurses in Germany, marking an important milestone of the project! This milestone marks a significant achievement in our journey, reflecting the dedication and hard work of our team, as well as the remarkable resilience and determination of our nurses.
Overcoming numerous challenges, our nurses excelled by completing their training and passing the B1 German language exam in just two months, achieving a perfect pass rate. Additionally, they navigated the recognition process in Germany with unprecedented speed. This incredible achievement highlights the robust training and exceptional support offered by our programme
The moment was marked by the organization of an event in the offices of NSDC International Limited in New Delhi and was honored by the minister for the development of skills and entrepreneurship in India, Mr. Jayant Singh, His Excellency the Ambassador of Germany in India Dr. Phillip Ackermann and NSDC CEO Mr. Ved Mani Tiwari.
With the success of this pilot program, together with its partners TAKT Group is expanding its training and placement services, with the aim of creating a bridge between talents from different sectors in Germany. This initiative not only improves the career prospects of our nurses but also responds to the demand for qualified foreign personnel in the health industry in Germany.
